The bed is soft and comfortable.

The bed is soft and comfortable. Service is good. We told the staff about the bad air, they immediately gave us an air purifier (though it didn't help much). We requested for another quilt, they also provided it for free.

The room and the hallway smell like cigarettes.

Good hotel, would definitely book again.

We initially booked a 1 week stay to visit family but ended up extending to 2 weeks. We got a free upgrade from a twin room to a quadruple room so there was A LOT of space. My sister and I each had a double bed. There were various options of lighting, which is good if you just want a certain amount of brightness inside the room in the morning/late at night. Location-wise, it is literally a few footsteps away from the bus stop! We'd definitely book our stay here next time.

AC was centralized with a panel where you can adjust the temperature settings-- BUT we couldn't understand why there were multiple instances where it would suddenly feel so cold for a few minutes and then sooo warm in the next few minutes even if the settings weren't changed. Would have been good if they had a remote so that you can adjust when the warmth wakes you up at night. The ones in charge of housekeeping were okay but we didn't particularly like one of them-- she barged into our room midday to clean up. While this is okay, but my sister and I do some work until late at night so we would appreciate not being awoken at 8am. I think it would be good if they had a "Do not disturb" sign guests can put up to avoid this. We also didn't like the pillows-- they were hard and not fluffy at all. The elevator carpet could do some changing.

Excellent, highly recommend

Service excellent, very clean and quite. Most outside facilities within walking distance. Staff was excellent even with language issues as I only speak English.

I can't reply to this. The only thing I have to say is "how can you fix something that is running at 100% efficiency .

Zero.

Only one lift to serve 9 storeys above hotel. I have to walk 6 storeys upwards to my room with family. The lift only allowed five persons each time. Most ppl wait long time like half hour without lift. Always full. Breakfast lousy and serving tables not enough tOo.
